Chase Bank

Thanks Cheryl for amazing service and being patient with me even when there was a misunderstanding for appointment time on a Saturday and still went and assisted with me very professionally as well, still called me days later to see if I have an questions. Impressed and will have her saved as one of my go to when I go to that branch.

I had a horrible experience with Manuel Petrachi. He gave me the runaround and is either ignorant about banking practices or just lied to me. I stopped by the branch to get cash and because my CD had matured. I received a letter from Chase asking me to visit a branch to let them know what option I wanted to exercise with regard to the money in my CD. So I stopped by Chase on Pembroke Road. I waited a very long time outside the interior doors of the bank branch while Manuel spoke to two young women. When the women began to leave, I stepped inside and began to ask about seeing a banker and before I had even finished speaking, Manuel rudely interrupted me and said I had to make an appointment. I asked if he could please let me finish before interrupting me and after again trying to explain the reason for my visit but he told me I had to make an appointment. I told him that the letter from Chase said I could visit a branch for service. He said they were only seeing customers by appointment and to call the number outside, trying to get me to leave. Irritated by his rude and impatient behavior with me, I looked for his name, and I said okay and asked him how long it would take to handle my CD business. He said twenty minutes. When I looked surprised, he said I’d have to fill out some forms and sign papers. I left and outside the bank I checked and saw that there were no signs advising customers that they had to make an appointment for service, it also didn’t say that in my letter from Chase. So I left and called Chase corporate (I happen to be a JPM shareholder). I spoke with Chase corporate and received fantastic service from Melisa who handled my bank issue over the phone in one minute. One minute. No forms to fill out or papers to sign. I watched my phone and timed it. Manuel Petrachi has zero customer service skills and has absolutely no business working with bank clients. He is a detriment to the business of Chase.

They don't keep small business agents in this branch . I've been here 4 times was only helped once when I opened my accounts . I've transferred over 15000$ in this bank and in the last 3 visits between 1230-230pm I've sat and waited 30-45 minutes before I had to get back to work , and I still haven't gotten my debit cards for 3 of 4 accounts . Any small business owner knows that this is the best time to deal with these things as we juggle our business and our day jobs . Again I'm a business client , and this bank doesn't have the time or resources to handle my modest needs .
