Emplees don’t want to work, they will give you the lamest excuse to turn you away and not help you. They are still blaming things on the “pandemic” when all other banks are handling business as usual. The person managing this bank should give this job to someone who can do it.
I have been an active member here since 2018. I went to the bank to have someone help me with a deposit incident that happen. After being deliberately asked 2 to 3 times if I have called customer service for which I have. They told me to call again and the steps i have to do in regards to what happen. The service here was horrible.
They are friendly overall. Although sometimes the wait to speak to someone can be long as they don't have enough people working.
Maria Isabel Moreno works at this chase and is the worst banker I have met. She has a distasteful attitude and a horrible representation of any company she could work for. As I tried to open my first business bank account with Chase, being already a member of the bank for many years I thought it made sense to open my first business account here, but I was clearly wrong to come. Maria decided to scold me in our meeting and treated me as if I was incompetent or incapable of running a business. If she reads this hopefully she’ll remember how karma works.
