Very disappointed by the way they treat me at this branch. They do not call back as they promised. Manager do not care if customer stay or leave the bank. I had a problem they solved the way I disagreed and said I will close account and all credit cards. They did not care. Went to another branch where manager understood the case and was willing to do that but couldn't as it was already locked in the system by a manager from this branch. Whole problem was successfully solved over the phone with Wells Fargo. Will never go to this branch again.

Very unprofessional personal working at this location.nMy company have a Wells Fargo account and we try to use this branch for our transaction but always we have problems with the bankers. They're no trained to do all the process correct, they forgot to print received, sometimes print the wrong deposit, and this happened every week for the last 3 months

Extremely courteous and friendly staff.nIt gets a little busy during the mid-day lunch hour, but usually one can get in & out quickly.
