Horrible customer service, Worst BoA I’ve ever been too. Thankfully I closed my account with them.
This is a deadbeat branch. It doesn't matter if 100 people in lines there's always one teller at the counter. Don't waste your time, might as well used the extra minutes to drive to the next branch.
This branch is horrible. 35 minutes on a line that had 4 customers. Two tellers working on one register. Horrible experience
Always short staff. Be ready to wait at least 25 min in line. This bank needs attention from upper management.nnUpper management finally read the reviews and i came today and they had 3 tellers. Thank you!
Every time I come here its always an hour wait. The have one teller and 4 people in there office. Only one person in the office has a customer the other 3 are sitting there. This branch needs help big time.
