Dec 8/20 Used ATM only to have no cash dispensed, or receipt given. Called and reported that the ATM not only wasn’t working, but had also withdrawn the money from my account leaving me penny less! On top of that the representative told me that the ATM had been reported as broken earlier as (Doesn’t issue funds) which means every person before me that used it, is going through the same thing I’m going through. A dispute of non issued funds. Unbelievable! Wish I could give NO stars, but then I couldn’t post this review. Avoid this branch!!!!!

One of my customers recently wrote a check to me personally that should have been written to my business. Rather than have the customer rewrite the check I walked into this branch were I received a delightful greeting from behind very thick glass. I was asked if I was a customer and I said no - that I banked at a small community bank. I was promptly given a polite sales pitch on the benefits of switching to Bank of America. I politely declined.nnI was thereafter advised that not only would I have to provide a thumbprint to cash the check, but that a $6.00 fee would be charged since I was a non-customer. When I objected to this, I was advised that this was bank policy and that the fee could not be waived. Although objecting I cashed the check and accepted the fee as this was the lesser of two evils. Had I left, I would have had to wait two weeks for a replacement check from my client.nnWhat a scam. Try to get you to switch banks and when you say no, they charge you $6.00 to cash a check. Do not come here. They make you wait even you have a appointment. You still have to wait in line. Worst service ever. Go to another Branch.

The worst bank in United Dates I have ever dealt with they don't answer their phone calls specialy the one in cooper city's
