I went into the branch on 12/02 to ask questions about fees on my account. I specifically went to this branch as I opened a business account there and took out a loan and they were initially friendly, as my office is down the street and I would go there regularly. The first response from them without asking my name or even looking to the account was to handle it online... all 3 representatives at there desks let me know how busy they were even telling me it would be an hour or not as they were handling clients on the phone (one was, the other two were not) I calmly explained that I didn’t mind waiting as this was the sole purpose of my trip. It didn’t matter to any of them as I was brushed off and completely caught off guard as they were giving me no other choice but to leave as they said “we can’t do anything” again without looking into any of my multiple accounts. If you can skip this branch, please do as it’s not customer friendly.

This Bank provided horrible customer service. The bank close at 4pm and I arrived 10 minutes before 4pm, their was an employee by the name of Gregory standing in front of the door outside the bank and he wouldn’t let me inside. He stated the bank close at 4pm. I mentioned to him that it was only 3:45pm. All he said was no he can’t let me in no matter what. I ask to speak with a manager and he said there is no manager. I never had such a horrible experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE BANKERS. YOU WILL GET NOTHING DONE BY VISITING THE BRANCH. They blocked my account for no apparent reason then tell me I have to wait a week. I call customer service and got it fixed in less than a minute. Reason for them blocking my account? It was a DAMN BRANCH ERROR. Get a loan from them. Ask for A MONTH how to see the loan on my account - say they will link it. A month and a half later, NOTHING. Call customer service, turns out I have to fill up a form. But of course, the banker at the branch didn't mention.

I moved to the West Miramar area about a year ago and began using this branch. Each and every time I go into this branch I am greeted by smiles and positive energy. My Personal Banker Alvaro Cornavaca is amazing! He is kind and well knowledgeable in Citi Banks policies and promotions. I highly recommend this branch!!! Go see Alvaro for any needs or questions.
