Excellent exp here. My banker was Carlos Hernandez and he has been great. Always gets back to my calls and is very patient with my many questions. The training program here must be excellent as his service shows
Not welcoming. Left after standing there unsure of where to go. I realized instead of having to figure it out, I could go to another branch where someone asks what you need and directs you to the right place.
My credit score was horrible from my adolescence and I didn't have any options to put my kids under a decent roof. I didn't care if I needed to work three jobs. I desperately wanted to get a home for my kids. Mr. Carlos Hernandez not only elevated my mood, he helped me clear my credit score which resulted in me gaining a loan on my now home. He went the extra mile for me, when I showed up near closing hours, when all other bankers would have probably burned out and given me minimal help, he used the afterburners and gave me excellent service. This guy is a stud. End of story.
I drove all the way from Brickell to this branch because I was advised to bank with Carlos Hernandez. I am very glad I took that advise. He explained everything so clearly and set up my account in a way that I am now not only saving money, but my financials are in better control. Aside from that; the bankers and tellers made me feel like home. It might be a 40 minute drive, but it is worth the financial relieve this branch gave me.nnAsk for Carlos Hernandez !
Visit this branch to open new account and closing account with BoA. I was greeted by Personal Banker Yanetsy Albuerne and answer all my questions and appointment was set-up to open account, also was inform for direct deposit. Very good experience. As a Banker myself for 20 years this type of customer service makes a big difference.
