Yesmany, Universal Banker & Charmaine, Branch Manager are OUTSTANDING! Exceptional customer service where they genuinely care about you as a customer. If you want to bank where you are not just a number, SunTrust Miramar is where you need to bank.
The customer service at this branch is incredible! The bankers are very professional, polite, always a smile and extremely helpful. I don't have a lot of money yet. I always thought that you had to have a lot of money to have a relationship with your bank but Suntrust (Now Truist) at this Miramar location taught me different. Thanks to this branch and the other ones I have used!
