Connie was great helped tremendously
The bank is a okay bank. They are really good at not allowing someone to steal from your account but they charge you just to get a new card if you lose it one they charge the most for a cashier check and last but not least the worst of all if you over draft your account they charge the 35 dollars plus 7 dollars a day till you have the account back positive making it harder to get back on track for there own needs
Worst PNC bank I have ever experienced. There are no drive through tellers or walk up tellers. Making a simple deposit is a project. The wait was ridiculous to make a cash deposit. Please go back to a traditional teller model.
Very nice people. Now that I see new faces in this branch I'll definitely come back. Better customer service now and fast service.
No tellers, and only 2 bank staff members to help. Wait time was over 20 minutes just to make a deposit. Ended up leaving without making the deposit.
