Went to deposit a large sum of cash (therefor did not want use the ATM) and one of the employees was extremely rude and asked me why I was even at the bank in the first place (because of my young age), then proceeded to tell me I did not know what I was doing and then did not give me a deposit slip when I asked for one. Horrible customer service, and also only had 1 teller for a line that was out the door. Will be closing my account without a doubt.
I needed to do an international transfer, and provided all the necessary information. They could not do it. I was misguided. I was going forth and back for 2 days. Then, they wanted to give me a 3rd appointment. Terrible!
