The place is wildly understaffed. Staff that they have is incompetent. If so many other BoA lobbies are closed, why wouldn't they bring over the out of work staff to a location that clearly needs the assistance? This branch has always been dismally slow. Considering changing banks because who has an hour to waste waiting in line every time you need teller assistance?

I must say 2 tellers just doesn’t cut it! I went to PNC BANK and they know me by my first name and you sit down at a desk to do transactions it very personal and professional. I have moved all my accounts over there, I only have 1 left at B of A........i hate to say it but B of A has become to big , its sad because bigger is not always better....and in terms of service and wait times PNC is a zillion times better.

Horrible service, Very disrespectful, I’m about to close all my accounts with them, Do not use Bank of America we are going to go through hell and back, The virus is not an excuse it’s always like this there, It’s actually everywhere in Bank Of America, If you don’t want to get abuse do not use Bank of America!!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve one star they need hundred stars minus!!!!!!

The manager is a certified broom-flying WITCH.n(You know what I mean). SO RUDE AND HATEFUL. I use their ATM many times a month to get money from my account in ANOTHER bank (Capital One, no local branches) and regularly pay a fee of $3. I needed the services of a Notary. When I showed her these receipts she said it didn't matter. I took the form to Wells Fargo and they didnt even ask if I had an account. She's a witch. Stay away from this bank. I will never use their ATM again.

The branch is run poorly. The attention is not on getting customers in and out it's about them trying to tell you how to invest your money. All the while not offering customer service. I rate this branch, poor. I love it, HA. I make appt on line, certain day/time. Filll out on line, reason for my appointment. Get there, CLUELESS. Then at the end of appointment the manager has to come over to sell you on leaving a positive rating on line. Don't insult me.
