I had the pleasure of being helped by Helen on the day we were closing on our home and her warmth and sense of urgency and personality were absolutely the exact thing we needed to get through a stressful day. She’s an angel and I hope to see her again soon.
Had an appointment 4 weeks ago spoke to the. Assistant Manager regarding signers on a Business Checking account. Remind you I had an appointment and she was unable to help me. Was going to speak to I’m assuming the Manager and call me back the next day. Four weeks later still no call. I’ve made another appointment since phones aren’t answered and no return call. I do understand staffing isn’t the same, however don’t except appointments if you aren’t able to help.
This is the worse place that I have been, nobody respect anything, they just treat you as an animal, even when you spend a lot of money with them,buying their services this is the worse thing to do...
Why this branch are closed 2 days on week??? They don't care costumers!!!. Some is wrong!!!, maybe this company is going out the bussines???
This is not the Branch that you want to go! Only one person is extremely helpful there and his name is Thomas. Thomas is excellent and do everything to help! But the cashiers..... omg! This branch needs to improve its costumer services. Not coming back.
