Very bad customer service! I should be giving them one star tbh...my first debit card showed up at my po box like it should have, but would not work. Then the New York jets card I ordered was sent to the wrong address and they wouldn't change it over the phone. I'm switching banks. It's been over 2 weeks and still have no debit card
I had a really great experience coming here. I was treated very politely by one of the employees that works near the desk area and he directed me toward the receptionist to get my transaction taken care of.
I always use the ATM there.
The people working in that location are incompetent and slow. As the only customer in the building for five minutes, each BoA person was fumbling with other things and too busy to help me with a simple task until I walked out.
