Derrick Hill is horrible at his job. He wouldnt double check my account or call another store to double check that I'm right .. and when the lady in window called me back to come back because I was right . He couldn't show his face to apologize.
unprofessional, horrible, disgusting service. I witnessed a teller scream at a minor for asking her to remove a late fee... Obviously it’s hard for people to make money, banks are supposed to SUPPORT their clients.nDefinitely closing my account, their features are even worth it. Switch to Capital One! :)
This branch of BB&T also promotes racial profiling, it's the same thing as discrimination. Anytime I go into this bank I leave feeling times has definitely has not changed.nnThey are not treating me as they would other customers and that's unjust.nI know that it's not only limited to me, because I know other people that it has also happened to.
