Every time I go to ATM it won't accept my cash ud83dude21 or check then I have to go inside ud83dude2d and there is a long line and they don't seem to care at all

Very long wait time through the drive thru expect an hour wait or longer. I do not recommend this bank.

No matter how respectful and polite you tried to be to the staff at this TD Bank branch, Malabar, SOME of them are just plain disrespectful, unprofessional, and acting condescending as if they were forced to work there! My husband always complained about how unprofessional SOME of the staff has attended to him each time he goes to that TD Bank branch for transactions. I've learned from some other customers complaining about their condescending and nonchalant behaviour. It's not the customers, it's them, they've got problems. SOME of the staff, they've got complex going on inside of them. I'm not the kind of person that would waste my precious time writing reviews, either good reviews or bad reviews! But it just feels right to write this, because, not once, not twice, but more than 4 times they had acted unprofessionally towards me. I must say though, that I And my husband had encountered two ladies at that branch, one African American lady, sitting in the first office by the left, the other lady a Caucasian, a Teller who are both very professional and polite, attending to ALL CUSTOMERS satisfactorily. But some of the other staff needs to leave their problems at home before coming to work, or stay home and work from their from home.

Online banking couldn't be set up due to my information being inaccurately taken down when I opened my account. Wanted to get my statement and fix the issue. The tellers refuse to set up an appointment and made me go to the drive thru or call a robot. Atm took my card while on the phone with the teller as she directed me to go check my mini statements which provided no information. Went to the drive they as was my last option waited 30 minutes no cars moved. I gave up and left. Closed my account they can keep the card and their terrible customer service. If they want to treat me like a number I'll take my numbers elsewhere. Pnc is better

We switched to this bank when we moved here at the end of 2016. We have been so happy with this bank! They even top our past banks. So glad we went here right off the bat. The people are super nice too! Couldn't be happier.
