Shame on BOA, post some signs, instead of a big bad security guard telling you you can’t come into the building. Be a little more personable or loss our money!
The hours are terrible, the tellers are lazy and rude. I'm living here in Palm Bay, but when I have to consult or have an issue I go to Sun tree bank of America, in Wickham road, staff there go out of their ways to help customers, never a line in rush hours all windows are open. Palm Bay location is a disaster. I rather change banks if I have to take or do business with PB location.
Manny is amazing. There has been multiple occasions where I’ve needed some help also getting things notarized, and they were very helpful.
1 teller handling both inside customers and drive up.nnGot to love banks. Making a billion dollars with no risk, government bailout and wont hire 2 tellers.
10 people inside and 7 cars in drive thru with only 2 tellers working total. The associated are friendly, but need more help.nnOver 30 minutes just for one transaction.
