I have my car loan here. I got a call to visit and see what other services they can offer. I compared them to my other checking account and PNC is a better choice. I opened an account. The tools for online are great for monitoring you spending, like MS money did

Rude especially scott, I went in there for a change order which I do very frequently but for some reason Scott decided to give me a very hard time I understand there is a change shortage right now but he shorted my change order $50 and they would not refund it and I had to pay out of my own pocket for my job to make sure my drawer at work wasn’t short, very terrible service very terrible bank!! will never go back thank you Scott for nothing

My wife and I have banked with PNC for 31 years and have multiple accounts. We started when it was National City. We went to this branch to get my 16 year old daughters signature notorized for a defensive driving course offered by our County (why they require a notorized signature for a 16 year old is another matter). The notary on duty Saturday October 5, 2019 refused to notorize her signature because SHE didn't have an account with PNC and told us tl go to the UPS store. We have never experienced anything close to this lack of customer service in all our years with PNC. Those years may have come to an end.
