A bank that's not open. Worthless. Just an ATM. BOA is better than this.
Today, I gave up trying to call and speak w/someone at this branch. Sadly, most of the negative comments are true. Don't know what's happened. Have been with BOA for over 25 years. They used to be a really good bank, but I have been very disappointed the past 4-5 years. They are obviously short handed, which is management's fault! But I guess they don't care. Management needs to check out the TD bank on the corner -- and see how efficiently TD operates. Big difference ! Maybe BOA will start improving.
Just too slow. Not enough tellers. The one on malabar is much, much faster. If you use this location.....bring a chair.
Today I went to this branch the staff that helped me was awesome we changed some things to get me what I needed try them they really are good
Need a quite long wait before you get served by a receptionist. Though they have 5 windows, only 2 of those were used and that's not efficient at all.nnMost of the staff are nice. Agent Danielle is really welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone needs to make appointment ahead, make sure set your schedule up with her.
