Horrible. Bank of America by closing every other bank on the space coast “temporarily” has funneled all of Palm Bay and Melbourne to one bank open 3 hours in a Saturday. Get ready to wait an hour at the drive through or two hours in the lobby. Better service at third world country banks. Disgrace
Did not use drive-thru the long was lying in inside the bank you waited an hour to make a deposit one teller who was very sweet but still one teller that is really not acceptable you guys would take it in more new business waiting in the seats than taking care of the existing people
Spent over an hour in the drive through. Have been inside most days it’s one teller even with a line of 10+ people.
This Bank of America is literally 1Billion-agillion-momillion times better then the Bank of America off Malabar. I have been going out of my way to go to this location for over 8 years. The staff is awesome they know me, my family and my employees by name. They are so nice and always willing to help. Only downside is I miss Jackie! Otherwise this BOA is 100% FABULOUS!!
5 stars well earned! I went in today after having a nightmare experience at wells fargo. I was truly amazed at how smoothly everything went. I was treated with respect and the environment was so calm and pleasant. Stefanie helped me and she was amazing. I've had so many issues at other banks over the years. Especially with everything going on lately, people are freaking out even more than usual. But this place is a bar above. The employees are calm and super nice. Thank you guys!
