Very disappointed we visited the store in Winchester, to purchase a workout bench ,we were told with a annoying attitude by the managers ( Lisa) that they were closing in 15 minutes since we knew what we were looking for we went and looked at the item the young man that helped us was very nice (Nathan) on the way out I paid cash and with the extra ones I asked the teller to give me a large bills and right way Lisa told me that was against the company rules and continously watched. The young man that was going to bring the bench to our car he was told by Lisa to bring the bench to the registers and leave there so at that point I picked up the item and commented that she wasn't too nice with the customers and I'll will never be back and the only thing I heard was have good night!!!!! With that said , I spent a lot of money there and will not be returning.

First time ever being in the store. I was one of those that said id never go into the store because of its name. Well I gave it a chance. Fantastic store but it didn't have what I was looking for. The on line seams backwards. Instead of choosing the in store icon; your to choose the opposite icon to not use it. So for that I hold back a star an the name I hold back a star. Other then that nothing but good things to say about the store. Good prices, customer service was friendly, an plenty to choose from.

The reason why I am giving a one star review is based on an employee/manager customer service.nI Ordered an Olympic weight set online to pickup in store and so did my cousin and sister in law. So all three of us got one each. We drove for an hour for these weight sets and when we got to the curbside pickup, one of the managers ( lady) approached us with a non friendly manner, was extremely rude and commenting how she doesn’t know how we we where able to purchase three Olympic weight sets. She kept repeating that they are non refundable ( which we already know) with a rude and annoyed tone. She also assumed that we where selling them and told us “ good luck” and commented and said “that’s why they’re non refundable.” She kept talking under her breath.nIt was such an unbelievable experience. If this manager doesn’t want customers buying these weight sets, maybe she should buy all of them for herself.nShe also told us that “ our names are in the system” meaning that we are only allowed to purchase these weight sets once. There is no reason for such comments and treating loyal customers with a bad mannerism.

My husband received excellent help and suggestions from Marlene in the shoe department! She is very knowledgeable in her department! If you have foot or back trouble get Marlene to help you get your personal fitting insoles and a shoe to compliment it. My husband wouldn’t even take them off after walking around in them, they felt so good! His back pain has gone away! Thank you Marlene!!
