Went to apple blooms mall paid for my bill the door was lock no sign up saying they be back or are they close. Only sign I saw when they open and close. I try to call no answer.

We had an issue caused by mis-information provided by a local RETAIL AT&T store, and Chris from the CORPORATE store in the Apple Valley Mall was able to quickly, professionally resolve the issue for us. Thanks Chris!

Supposed to open at 10 am and no one is here at 10:15. Tried calling and got a recorded message that the mailbox is full. Not very professional, in my opinion.

Went in to the store to upgrade are two phones and get to Apple watches, the sales person was laying down on the couch watching football. And could not be bothered to help us. I took a picture of him laying down. I will be sending it to at&t
