Daniel Shenk was the employee that helped me out today and I’m really glad I made the decision to drop in. He thoroughly explained all the questions I had for my bill (I was still on an old plan), and helped me pick the best upgrade option to suit my needs. His technical advice and general knowledge about AT&T made me really happy to be a long term customer especially since I’ve seen many changes in the company. If I ever need anything else through AT&T I know I can go to this store and get great customer service. Thank you so much!

Daniel is AMAZING! He was so thorough and got us every available discount. For a family of 6, we need every savings we can get. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about all of his products including the accessories. He also explained the best program for us and was able to save us money on our monthly service fee while getting us on a better plan. Thank you for this wonderful buying experience!

It was awesome. Daniel, who helped get my phone up and running after an AT&T glitch ( of which calls to customer support didn't help much). He worked on it for over 3 hours. And he stayed an hour of it over when he should have been going home. Mike was great too. They were an amazing team. I left very happy. I highly recommend the Winchester store on Pleasant Valley Rd. And ask for Daniel or Mike. You will get great service and leave happy. Thank you again!❤
