Very helpful sales lady at the clock counter. Unfortunately I could not find the watch I was looking for. Thankfully, she in no way pressed me to buy another. But she patiently let me see some alternatives.

Love Kohl's, I can find what I m looking for, if not there is staff, available to help, Clean very organized.

Management is very supportive and the people on the floor work their hardest to make the rest of the team look good

Came by to drop off a Amazon return & get some pants. Signs everywhere that you are required to where a face mask while in the store. Worst store I've been in since COVID-19 started up! At least 40% of the customers had no masks at all! Many others are wearing them under their noses. A couple employees were under nose wearers too. Managers need to enforce. I'll not be back.

We use Kohl's as a convenience for returning our amazing returns. We don't often shop there but we have found some great deals in the store.
