The front office staff were very friendly, which is so refreshing after being in offices where one is simply a number. I chose to follow Dr. Lee to Winchester when he left the Martinsburg office. His quiet, professional manner isn't without concern for your pain issues. He listens and is very invested in ensuring that the pain is managed and I feel comfortable with the knowledge that he will advise the best course of treatment to achieve just that.

I am Barbara Varney, not Dylan. He is my Grandson and I have never been able to change this!nI have a great amount of confidence in Dr. Gupal. He has always taken care of my medical problemsnconcerning my back. He is very thorough and maintains a professional atmosphere in the office. I would recommend him to anyone seeking relief from constant, nagging pain!

They failed to book my follow up appointment. I showed up for it yesterday because I was supposed to be booked. I was offered a make up spot the following day. I asked if they could be sure to have all my test results since they were not really expecting me and this was now a rushed make-up appointment. I showed today. First thing I was greeted with was that I owed them $25. I waited 20 minutes after going back. Then the nurse started asking about my test results. I waited another 20, being told that the Dr would see me once my records made it to them. An that is when I decided that it wasn't worth my time. The doctor would be looking a a chart at the same time as seeing me. As I was leaving, I explained that why I was leaving. The nurse told me that they had just now gotten the results. I do not believe that they care at all about their patients. They're worried about collecting cash. Not about their patients.

This Winchester facility staff at both checkin and checkout are very knowledgeable and professional. They have signs posted that say if you're late you have to reschedule. Very upfront about their policy.nAlso Dr Lee is fantastic. Very compassionate and kept me informed of exactly what to expect. Nurses, also, very helpful and knowledgeable.nI would highly recommend this facility if you need pain management.
