Let me say a short autobiography. I moved here from California. I have had the eyelash extensions, eyeliner and eyebrow tattoo, the botox, the skin fillers, the eyelash extensions and fraxel lasers to improve my skin tone, the ultrasounds to improve my neck skin quality the blepharoplasty to improve my skin sagging around my eyes, as well as the color and hair extensions to improve my thin and breaking hair ( I had to maintain with a hairstylist weekly who services Hollywood stars) because I wanted to be blonde. Let me say after 20 years of living in California that Pie has more than met my expectations. When I moved to Virginia, I struggled! No one did the things with my hair or the extensions I wanted or the color ( it was a disaster- my color ended up like a patchwork quilt or was brassy blonde or a very dull brown ). Since I have been with Pie I cannot express the difference! My thin frizzy breakable hair is healthy brilliant and beautiful! It’s the color I want and wether long or short it looks fabulous. It shapes and frames my face and makes me look 10 years younger. It’s always a style I know I can manage with my lifestyle because she is honest with knowing my lifestyle and knows the amount of time it will take to style. As picky and finicky and difficult as I am with more than imperfect hair I would trust her 100% to just do a color and style that looks good with my face. Just recently I went from long to short hair and my coworkers literally couldn’t believe it was me at the workplace. I even had a very experienced cosmetologist and hairstylist at work blown away that I wasn’t some new 30 year old (I’m 49). People did not recognize me at all and let me say this happens every time Pie does my hair- I’m making changes all the time. If you want a super precise and great haircut and you are willing to listen to Pie’s advice you will NEVER be disappointed!! I am so grateful and I feel so great about my look thanks to Pie!

Dr. Shaffer was wonderful and the staff were so kind! They provided great care and explained what necessary vaccinations were needed and the reasons they were important for my pet to have. Definitely a fantastic first impression!

They have seen us through the care of 5 ferrets, 2 dogs, 1 cat 3 rats and 2 rabbits so far. They are good and knowledgeable people, very compassionate. I am very glad to have found them

Marietta and her crew have always taken great care of our pets. They show them affection and take their time treating them. They always follow up to see how our pets are doing after their visits. Would not go any where else other than Apple Valley Animal Hospital or Winchester Animal Hospital.
