Dr. Murphy treated my husband in the hospital, and Dr. Wolfe saw him after he was released. We were very pleased with both doctors. However, we have not been as lucky with the office staff. At this point, he's been waiting for over 3 weeks for a call back about scheduling a sleep study. We've called in, but can't seem to reach the person we're supposed to talk to. Very frustrating.

I had a home sleep study done two weeks ago. They have my results but the doctor has not called me to give me the results i wonder what they are waiting one. I will keep calling intill i get a answer from them.

Dr. Wolfe and staff go out of their way to provide excellent service. Everyone is caring and they all go out of their way to help the patient any way possible. There are not many offices left that provide that personal touch and special service.

When setting up an appointment for an at home sleep test, I was told that I could make arrangements to return the equipment earlier than usual. I needed to do this so as not to miss work. When I attempted to arrange this at the appointment as I had been instructed, there were no options that would allow me to dropoff the equipment without missing worktime. I don't appreciate being lied to. Other then that, the appointment was fine.

The patient is NOT put first! We arrived at the office at least 10 minutes prior to my mother's appointment, having just been discharged from the hospital. She is an existing patient, not requiring volumes of new patient paperwork to be completed. We were informed that her appointment had been cancelled & rescheduled; they assumed she was not going to make it in time.
