Was in and out quickly, pleasant efficient staff. But being asked to state why I need to be seen out loud with a waiting room full of patients? Not acceptable.

Extremely long wait, made us sit on the parking lot to use telemedicine for an issue another telemedicine Dr. said needed to be diagnosed in person. Wouldn't take temperature - asked us to use smart watch we do not have. Recommended Covid test but wouldn't administer same day - said to wait for a phone call to reschedule that never happened. Called in RX based on incomplete examination and sent us on our way. Will never go back, the whole experience made it seem we were bothering them just for trying to use services.

Went online and scheduled an appointment for 6:45, got a text saying my new appointment was 7:05 and I needed to arrive 10 minutes early, so I did. Sat in the office and watched two people walk in and go before me. They have a board that shows your place in line, I was next when I got there. Waited till 8:10 after they locked their doors for closing before I just walked out. Would not waste my time with this place or making an appointment. Better service at the E.R. and that is saying something. I would have to believe the 5 star reviews are fake.

Went for poison ivy, great first visit, told me if it gets infected more to let them know so they can get me a antibiotic. While calf infected called to get prescribed antibiotic, can’t do it, won’t accept my photos to look at it cause out of town. Need to find another urgent care PT more money just to get prescribe antibiotics which is something they already knew.

Great group. Very efficient. Even made an appointment for me with orthopedic doctor.
