Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Nice people to deal with, there is social distancing and mask wearing employed as well. A line near the door inside forms when counter is busy. They do not allow line to block the exit door or in any way get in other customers way. It's a nice and safe trip as many of the same people do this trip daily, like a run to the post office. Only it's a run to the UPS store and it's open to 7 week nights, 3 on Saturday.

I've never had a problem with the service here. People are human and need to be treated as such. Sometimes it's the customers that approach the workers with a nastiness. We must learn how to have patience with one another and not expect more than you can deliver. Have an awesome day ☺ufe0f

Sent in a print order via the email system Wednesday. Received a response two hours later that no color prints could be done and I responded that black and white was fine.nnDidn’t hear anything for days.nnCame in today (Saturday) and was told to step aside and wait while they serviced other customers in a small crowded store and then was given the excuse that they never received it. Despite my showing her the email where they responded days earlier.nnAsking me to wait longer for their mistake is a problem. Being untruthful to cover the error is a problem. Being gaslit by store employees who feel taking responsibility and finding solutions is a personal affront is a problem.nnAnd it isn’t the first time. I attributed past issues to individual behavior but now clearly see that lack of responsibility is a communal issue at this location.

Great customer service. Busy store, no one had to wait more then 60seconds to be helped. Everyone in and out. Very friendly ladies. Thank you all for all your help.

Horrible customer service .. I would recommend using another store if you absolutely have to use UPS, otherwise after today's experience I would recommend a different company!
