This is my first pregnancy and this facility and it’s staff have made it hell for me . I didn’t see a doctor the entire month of October because they told me at the last moment that they didn’t except my insurance when they had the month before to tell me that. The receptionist mess up appointments. And I’ve had the worst experience with the specific mid wife by the name of Mary Williams. I explained to her that I had been in pain for a week straight having pelvic pain, cramping, to the point I can barely lift and open my legs. I work full time in a warehouse doing security. Because I do security I’m always in danger! And I told her that the cases in my facility in which I work have risen and just keep going up. To the point I actually fear for the safety of me and my unborn child. She told me I’m at no higher risk than anyone else. I find that hard to believe since pregnancy lowers your immune system . Everything I told her in which I was enduring she made it a joke and or compared my situation to hers. Even though she should know that every women is different and no pregnancy is the same. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever use them in the future.

I am concerned about the behavior of Mary Williams, CNM, WHNP-BC when it comes down to the well-being of her patients. It is her duty to treat all of her patients with respect and care while helping each person according to their specific needs. I am very disappointed to hear how Mary Williams spoke to my daughter-in-law and the lack of concern for her current position while carrying her first child. This pandemic has brought many concerns to every person. Still, as my daughter-in-law is a pregnant working woman, this facility must care about a mother and her unborn child's well-being. Mary Williams decided to compare other women's cases(workability) and her own experience to what my daughter-in-law was experiencing. She failed at being professional and ethical. I hope that someone remembers that this pandemic has affected many homes and that care for others goes a long way despite personal opinions. I highly recommend Mary Williams to step back and reevaluate why she is in healthcare before assisting another human being in need. It is necessary to bring attention to the unethical behavior of those working in healthcare. I pray you all have a GREAT new year!!

My sister had a horrible experience she went to an appointment to deal with a very important and sensitive issue . The receptionist named Ms. Palmer yelled out sensitive information very loud that everyone in the lobby could hear. That was rude and a violation of my privacy rights. Then I was turned away from my appointment so I will NEVER come back to this office or recommend it to ANYONE . You’re suppose to care for your patients from the receptionist to the doctors because if we weren’t here you wouldn’t have a job ! Remember that !!!

I absolutely love Dr Meyer. By far the best female doctor I have seen.
