Shoe Dept. Encore

The store was fine. There was a really nice employee there. A short African American woman who was absolutely, amazing and great customer service!!nIf it wasn't for her, my rating might have taken a few stars off!nnThere was an elderly caucasian woman who was so rude and unprofessional! She kept huffing and puffing as she passed by my sister and nieces, she walked into us several times, saying excuse me, well after throwing us off balance. I think she may be in need of star, customer service, training.nnAside from that, the store is well organized and easy to get around. ud83dude01

Always a great selection. Found everything i was looking for

Was just there with my wife and grandson. A lady checked us out and when I said the shoes are 17.99 not 22.99 they just told me they where on sale. She left to check which was fine till she came back with a major additude that was not called for. Not sure if I'll go back.

Nice store, good selection, our cashier was pretty rude, she was not very helpful and made me and my wife not want to spend our hard earned money there again. She didn't help me with my payment method and also she did not verify if we even had the correct size on our shoes or anything, basically just seemed like she didn't want to be there. The whole time we were inside the store we were being watched by the staff, but not once were we even approached to be asked if we needed assistant with anything, not happy with this store at all, definitely do not have worry about me darkening your door again.
