I had exceptional service here. The check in staff were very quick. The support staff, doctors, PA and MA were very through. I was only in facility less than an hour. I had to have in house culture done. I was so pleased with the care I received. I would highly recommend them. So much better and more through than other urgent care facilities.
I could not be more pleased with my visit yesterday. Everyone took their time to listen to me and figure out what was going on. My practitioner, Alexia, was absolutely amazing. She took her time to listen, was very kind, outgoing, and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place for any of your urgent care needs.
Waited 40 minutes in the back room. Ms Goodrich walked in with an attitude and immediate start to tell me everything she could not do to help me. Had an 1130 appointment. Sat in my car until 12:20 then in the office for 30 more minutes until I was seen . In my room the floor was clearly not cleaned. in this time of such uncertainty with the pandemic I excepted a medical physicality to be more cleanly. I should have went to patient first ud83dude2a
I came in on Sunday for a COVID test. I called to check in only had to wait about 30-40 minutes to get the call back to come in for my test (not bad). The place was so cleaned and the staff was so nice. My results for the rapid came back quickly but due to some events I also need to get one sent off okay no big deal 3-5 days it would return. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is when they called about my test results they called at 7:45 pm I missed the call and was 3 minutes passed closing when I tried calling back. It bugs me that they didn’t try calling me back or up load my results in the system so I can get them online. The results are important for me and my family.
