Good selection of shoes and good, helpful employees. However, I did find it quite rude how an employee named Alison was complaining about fellow coworkers in front of customers to another customer. It seemed extremely unprofessional along with the language she was using to discuss her coworkers. If an employee can’t get along with other she should not be working there.
This store is amazing. Friendly employees and a great selection. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone who needs shoes.
August 1,2019 time 10:05am . I’m 71yrs old and my wife is 69. I arrived at store at 945am and waited till it opened st 10am. I had been shopping there for years. Today We were planning on buying several pairs of shoes, but I need to use the restroom.....and I was told that I could not USE it because it was unsafe.... Well if I can’t use your restroom then I’ll spend my money elsewhere...... never again will I shop at Shoe department.
Customer service was good.
