This is a pretty good store. It's definitely a cheaper alternative to the other stores in the mall that offer the same shoes for sometimes twice as much money.
I was very excited to wear my new black converse. I went to this store in manassas mall in person. I brought these shoes and I didn’t notice until now the person who went in the back to get me the second pair...GOT ME THE WRONG SIZE SHOE! I mean it’s ok but like I’m a 8.5 not 10.5. I feel like an idiot and embarrassed because I wore these to school and literally everywhere. I will be going to the store again maybe later this week to get my right size pair. If I can tho.
The older lady who checked us out was very nice and overall amazing.
I liked the new layout. The employees are very helpful. Camillo helped me this time. He was very professional. He really likes his job. It was a pleasant afternoon to stop in the store. Christa Roan ( customer)
Very poor service. The manager angie funk is extremely rude , her employees are lazy , I entered and they didnt greet me at all , i bought a shoe and realized they had the wrong label . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!
