The customer service provided by Jay ( employee number JL439052) from the location in Falls Church, VA was outstanding. She took her time helping me find the snow boots I was looking for everywhere. Representatives like her should be rewarded not only with their income but additional bonuses since at the end of the day, it is because of their care, patience, and wiliness to help customers that translates in more profits for companies like DSW.
I went in today looking for a pair of boots and I found the perfect boots that I wanted from Timberland. There were a couple complications with getting the boots in store BUT it was not the employees fault at all!!! Jay went above and beyond to ensure that I went home with these boots and I did :’) From greeting me as soon as as they saw me to personally checking me out at the register, Jay’s customer service is unparalleled. Jay’s sweetness, compassion and patience not only makes her an awesome DSW employee but also an awesome human being. Jay’s efforts to ensure I went home with these boots, definitely made my day and I will ONLY go to the DSW a Bailey’s Crossroads from now on. Thank you for all your help Jay! DSW is so lucky to have you.
I went there with my girlfriend and she loves the place.All I know is they have every kind of shoe I've ever heard of and the place was well organized and clean with helpful staff.But I'm no shoe shopping expert haha.

Posted before but seems to have disAppeared. Latest trip in looking for boots. Most $100+ high top Merrell, TimberLands or Columbia, don't know much else, work boots don't want and other brands less likely for me like Wolverines, Sketchers, etc. Lower top $75 or so. Selection variesnOddly had someone sticking a camera in my face and other getting in the way, it seemed on purpose. Marshalls or Ross has less name brands but lower prices, I guess depends on how many trips it takes to find what you want. Don't forget break I time, wear them in a bit before a big hike, say weekend trip.
