I gotta say, the wait staff here deserves a raise. Pretty much your typical chili's. Paper menus we're kind of blah, but the food was fine. Watched my waitress deal with another table with a couple 'Karens'. She had more patience than humanly possible. Kudos to her.
Have come to this location a few times and while the food is good, the service is not. Most of the staff are very nice but there seems to be an ongoing management problem when too many people are seated then are able to be served. The first time here service was slow and the second time was there over an hour and did not even eat. Requested to just leave without food but they insisted food was ready and would give a discount. We did not receive any discount even after questioning the bill. Do not recommend this location if you want to get your food within an hour or any quality service! And this was a Wednesday!
I get to-go more often than I eat in but the service is at takeout always great and they never forget any of my items! Dine in is sometimes slow service but that's any restaurant. I never have any complaints about the food either way. ud83dude0b
Good service and food.
Food was meh at best, waitress name was Brittany and half the dinner we were just sitting there waiting for something. Claimed she got a quick rush but hardly anyone was in the place and now we see why. Will not be returning.
