I love a variety of eateries to try, and I’ve been here several times. Each experience were worse than the first. I was disappointed upon coming in to order with the attendant standing in the back, and I’m having to practically yell to place a order. Food was just as bad, and didn’t think that they cared. I ordered spare ribs and lo mein. The ribs were solid hard with barbecue sauce splashed over them, and wasn’t eatable. I would not recommend eating anything from this place to anyone.
I really do not like their covid-19 setup first of all you should have someone standing at your very first window and you're in the back you and them have that little intertalking system to yourself hey think SMART..nalso you might want someone there who can understand how your system works and understand have one American in your store works better...
Delicious, love ordering from them!
The only item that was good was the soup. Egg rolls were very small and my pork fried rice did not have one cube of pork. We were told wait would be 25 minutes and we did not get food for over 45 minutes. I know times are tough but you should deliver what you promise.
Never disapppointed!
