Went in for lunch at 1:00 pm and they were not busy, we ended up waiting quite a while for our drinks and everything. We waited about 30 minutes or more for mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and even longer for our food. Total time over an hour and a half, I could understand if we came in the middle of a busy dinner rush but not for lunch with the few other tables the entire restaurant had. Normally I'm a little more understanding because I own a restaurant and I know how it can be but this experience was enough to avoid ruby Tuesdays for quite a while.

The man was miserable...the food was mediocre at best...the experience was not a pleasant one....I sent my food back, it was cold and congealed with tons of cold butter.nMy husband's food came to the table and literally smelled like a dirty dish rag (nauseating)...*he didn't want to complain...We usually have a very good experience at any and all Ruby Tuesdays and this is why we chose to go here.nOur waitress was fine, the manager was fine as well.nManager asked if we wanted free dessert and we declined...nAs compassionate adults we realize we don't know what people have gone through throughout their days but when we brought it to the managers attention she was not one bit surprised as this was a frequent thing. If you have someone that is going to be at the door to greet and seat PLEASE make sure that person has a pleasant personality and is on point with customer service.

Food always comes out hot and fresh. Server's are usually friendly and they do an amazing job. Salad bar very clean and they are doing every precaution to keep everyone safe.

It was my first time here. The food was delicious. Of course a bag to go home. Lunch and dinner. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I have been to this Ruby Tuesday before and it was awesome... This time it was not so awesome we got our food and it was really skimp. It looked like the cook actually counted the fries they put in our box with the burger. The salad was ok but was also very skimp. For what we paid for our dinner it should have looked much better than it did. Hopefully next time they will do better and live up to our first experience!!
