Very poor music and too many flies inside

Use to love this spot! Very disappointed in my recent visit though. I don't know why it has changed but never have I received such awful service. Nothing tops bad service when your order has not being placed in and no apology for that after waiting an hour. Also my drinks were not very good, ordered the Smoked Peach and the Periwinkle and either were all that great. So sad I missed out on the Ahi Salad since they didn't place our tables orders we all decided to leave so no feedback on the quality of food. This was a great spot to pull the boat up and enjoy a lovely dinner. Hope they make improvements. Three stars for the fact I've been coming here for years with my family and maybe they will appreciate the feedback.

Hubby and I had a lovely dinner tonight at YROC. We arrived just before 6:00pm and thought we’d have to wait. However, we were seated right away AND got a window seat! We have been wanting some raw oysters and this place had some of the best oysters we’ve had. They were from Rappahannock with beautiful white shells and they were large, juicy and delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s kinda loud here, but the food and atmosphere is worth it. Y’all come try it out!

Excellent atmosphere and a great waitstaff. You just can't beat the view. The food could have been better and has been on recent visits. They have particularly good seafood and surprisingly good chili. However, brunch today was just ok. My burrito was not real hot and my daughter's French Toast was a little dry. Nothing real bad, but we expect better from YROC. One other minor criticism. The windows were a little dirty. If you have a million dollar view it should be one of the highlights. This review is more negative then I wanted. I would highly recommend YROC as I have noted a great atmosphere, waitstaff and normally good food.
