My fiancé and I dined for lunch for the first time for lunch. Wonderful ambiance and good food. The server, who was a older gentlemen by the name of Jonathan, was one of the worse servers I have ever had the misfortune of serving me. As I am the General Manager of a restaurant, I recognize poor service. I am African American, and my fiance is Asian American. From the moment we sat down, he never once addressed me or even acknowledged that I was there. He only acknowledged my fiance. Even when he asked how was the meal. Upon dropping off the check, my fiance asked him why he totally ignored me. He stated that he was not aware. My fiance witnessed bigotry for the first time. Everyone has a right to their own opinion. My suggestion to you Jonathan... sensitivity training, or a back office job where you are not required to interact with people that you quite visibly have a problem with. ud83dude09

My husband and I ate at the Seasons 52 in Tysons, VA on Friday 1/8/21. Everything was perfect. Our server, Greenway, was amazing. He was very personable and attentive. The food was excellent too, from the bowls of soup we had to start, to the mini dessert we enjoyed at the end. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Horrible customer service! After we got our food, our server did not not even come and ask if everything is fine or we need anything else. I had to even call her to pay my bill! We wanted dessert but she had no interest so we walked out and had our dessert somewhere else.nRight next to me another customer ordered dessert, their server gave it to her after almost half an hour and said oh sorry I almost forgot about your order! Like seriously? This was my first time here, well never coming back again, and definitely not going to recommand anyone!nThank you for horrible service! Good luck with your business! FOOD TESTS GOOD. But there are other better restaurants who serve good food with better service. So not enough reason to come back here!

Was really feeling a beer. With my meal. They ended up have 4. Yes 4... This giant upscale restaurant has 4 beers. You choices are bud light, corona, stella, and a brown ale. Needless to say I went dry that night. The food was good but salty.
