A wonderful experience!!! Loved everything about this establishment. Our server Mike was very attentive and answered any questions we had in reference to the menu. I ordered the Bayou Batch to share with my daughter! Was spectacular to say the least! Also, I recommend the Strawberry Starburst alcoholic beverage, truly amazing! On my next visit to NOVA I will definitely stop in again!!

I used to love this place coming even twice a week!nBut today I got the worse answer wen I get there at 9:42 and they said I can’t seat because they were close!nI’m a chef and always make sure everyone enjoy the food!nI can’t believe they treat people like this!nThe 2 servers in the front loose 10 minutes looking for someone to ask if I can eat or not!nI’ll never come back to this place !!!

THE BEST THE BEST THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! My home girl and i go here ALL THE TIME! THEY PRETTY MUCH KNOW US AT THIS POINT WE TOLD THEM THE OWNERS MIGHT AS WELL ADOPT US CAUSE WE LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. I ALWAYS GET A LB. OF SHRIMP WITH A LB. OR TWO OF SNOW CRAB LEGS IN THE GARLIC BUTTER MILD WITH AN EXTRA SIDE OF GARLIC BUTTER MILD! IT'S JUST SOOOOO GOOD!! IT'S A BIT ON THE PRICEY SIDE BUT THE STAFF IS REALLY NICE AND ANYTIME WE HAVE A PROBLEM THEY FIX IT WITH NO PROBLEM!!

Let me start stating the positives. First and foremost, i do appreciate when you first come in to the restaurant, they check your temperature. Friendly staff members. Customer service is spot on. Me and my guest share whole dang thang omg its so tasty and crispy. fish tacos is really good. only thing its need some improvement is the seafood combo or the seafood boil. the corn, potatoes and sausages are good. clams and mussels are juicy. the crab legs and shrimps need to steam some more because when i taste it, its under cook. its not overcook its just need to steam some more. i would say that i would definite come back for appetizers and fish tacos. again the crab legs and shrimps need to cook little more.
