Great food and it didn't take too long. We had avoided Friday's for 5 months because of 2 consecutive meals where the food took more than 40 minutes to get to our table. Not today! Cobb salad with chicken and fish & chips were excellent.

First, know that I am 53. I walked in to a security check, then sat at the bar. There was a DJ playing urban pop. It was loud, like I play my music and the set was solid. The young man behind the bar promptly took my order and delivered my drink. The food came in about 10 minutes. I had my two Fridays favorites: potstickers and fried shrimp. Both were hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was on point. It was a good Friday night at Fridays.

Went in on a Sunday at 4 PM. Very inattentive server and confusingly bad service that made dining very difficult with the 4 children in our party. Took about 30 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant even after asking repeatedly to be seated at an empty table . Drink order came late. Two of the four food orders were incorrect. Silverware not provided. Server never came back and had to retrieve our check. One of the poorest food service experiences I can remember. Go to Red Robin instead

WE WAITED TO BE SEATED AN NOT MANY PEOPLE DINNINH IN OUR SERVER TOOK MORE THAN 15 MINUTES TO TAKE OUR ORDER. WE GOT OUR DRINKS AND FOOD EVEN LATER THAN THE SEATING. WE WAITING ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR PLASTIC WEAR TO EAT IT. AFTER GETTING FOOD. OUR APPETIZERS WERE COLD OUR FOOD WAS COLDER WE COMPLAINED TO STEVEN ABOUT OUR SERVICE FROM MANDY AND THE DRINKS HE MADE US. OUR VISIT WAS AWFUL ON 02/06/21 WE WENT BACK ON SUPER BOWL NIGHT,. TO WATCH THE GAME. OUT SERVER WAS DALLAS VERY NICE ON POINT SERVER She remembered us and said she hopes tonight was better than the night before.2/07/21nDallas already knew what we wanted she didn't waist any time. We had a good experience the second night but STEVEN AND MANDY HAD A SERIOUS ISSUE THE FIRST NIGHT. Please train your workers like Dallas we came from out of town visiting Roanoke. And it was different
