My experience here are mild at best. My son purchased a baby corn snake and it passed away within 10 days. Not sure about other staff but the individual overseeing the reptiles this day was, really good and nice. Just be aware if you buy an animal.

WORST CURBSIDE EVER !!!nOrdered curbside at this store. I let them know I was there multiple times but my order was never brought to my car. I walked into the store stating I was here for a curbside pickup so they had me follow someone to pick my order up inside the store... what is the purpose of curbside pickup ??? I got my order and left and then called the store and talk to a female “manager” and asked about my curbside order. The so called “manager” told me that I was not parked at the curbside... she said two team members looked out the window and did not see me.... IN THE FIRE LANE ??? (Curbside on the white lines).nThe “manager” has the worst customer etiquette ever and never once apologized for the issue.nI have used other Petco locations for curbside and they know how to do it. I am someone that likes to tip the person bringing to your car too because it is appreciated, not expected.

They really need to restock their smaller pets department. Last few times we went for bunny supplies, nothing. Very disappointing
