I was gifted puppy training with Petco for Christmas and can I just say WOW. My puppy will be graduating her 6 week training next week and our experience has been so pleasant. Karli is our trainer and she is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She has an answer for every question and is always happy to answer and give her advice. We have been so happy with how our puppy is progressing and we owe it all to her. Will definitely be signing up for extended training!!! We highly recommend Karli for dog owners interested in training their pups!

I never write reviews and certainly DO NOT take the time to write negative reviews. However, while shopping in this store yesterday, I witnessed a disgraceful customer service experience. A young woman came into the store to drop off her pup for grooming services. The woman was CLEARLY apologetic and frazzled as she entered the store, with her baby, her other son (@ 9-11) and her pup - She was running a couple minutes late and was apologizing profusely. The way the groomer (Heather) spoke to this young woman, and treated her, was horrible. And, in front of her children, no less. Her attitude towards this customer was off-the-charts rude! I honestly would not have left my dog with her, however, I did overhear the woman mention to her son that they had another appointment to get to. There was no reason to treat this woman this way, especially in front of her children. I ended up leaving without purchasing what I went in for. I'm simply not going to support businesses, especially chains, that don't offer respect and compassion to their customers. I would definitely not utilize the grooming services here, with this particular groomer. I would not trust my beloved pup being left here, based on what I just witnessed. Perhaps this store would benefit from some customer service training?

Karli is hands down the best trainer. We were in Karli’s puppy 1 class with our 2 mini dachshunds and they flourished with her. She taught us “humans” how to properly train and care for our dogs. She was patient and very thorough and just knew what was needed for each situation. She was able to adapt the skill or how to train for each dog and human accordingly. We since have moved to Charleston, SC and anytime we have a question or behavior we need corrected, we call Karli and have a virtual session. She is very passionate, an amazing trainer and an amazing person. We are currently trying to convince her to move down with us to continue training!!! Thank you for everything!!! If your dog needs any kind of training, GO SEE KARLI ASAP!!!!!
