First impression are very important and a business should remember the person answering their phone is represents them. I called as a new patient, the person who answered the phone was rude! When I asked her to slow down her talking, she was clearly annoyed at my request, when you gave me the appointment date, I asked her to wait so I can check my calendar. She responded fine and before I could say anything, she said blurted out something and put me on hold. I guess the other phone was ringing. At that point, I was done with her rudeness. I promptly hung up and contacted another office who were much more professional and courteous! Your reception staff can benefit from more training.
