First time customer. Made an appt. Paid for service. I thought I would receive a receipt of what was done, shampoo, cut etc. Picked up my dog, I had to introduce myself, once again no information provided about service. I saw that he was cut. Had to ask her name . I Left the collar by mistake. Since leashes and collars weren't separated, no one could contact customers I guess. I was rushing to get back to work so my fault. Just used to more professional and friendly service

Met the owner who was very friendly and truly cares about the animals. Well kept facility & very clean!!! If you're looking to adopt a pet for your home you must visit Kazoodles!
