Literally the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with on the phone, then they want my little brother to stay and have no visitation.. really??? A patient who's experienced trauma should be able to see a family member, if a mask is acceptable to be used in a trauma unit then what the hell is the big deal at this place?!?! It's all about control

My elderly father was in need of expert therapy and medical care after an acute Herpes Zoster (Shingles) infection debilitated him. The entire staff at GEISINGER Encompass were exceptional in their professionalism and attention to detail. Anything we as family requested for my Dad during his stay was taken care of with priority. The PM&R Physichan Dr. Alberto Corralles,MD and the Therapy team communicated at a high level about my Dads rehab progress. There wasn’t a single time they didn’t return a phone call to speak with me even with the daily responsibilities they had. The Care Team multidisciplinary conferences were so helpful to our family in understanding my Dads treatment journey. Each team member are highly experienced in their discipline and are genuinely interested in the patients successful recovery and overall well being. I would highly reccomend this Rehabilitation site to anyone. By the way it is immaculate inside.The cleanest most orderly medical site I’ve seen.

My fiance has been there a few times and the staff is wonderful and caring! I fought for him.to go there! And they do amazing work with him and his stroke recovery!! The nurses and techs and support team.are top notch! Especially nurses Donna and Sue but they are all wonderful! Amy amd Robin from speech are great and my fiance really loves Patrick tony and Scott in Pt!!! Shaddon from OT he is the best kept Dave's spirits up and Zoey also!! Everyone there is absolutely great!!!
