Petco

Went to Petco on Lincoln highway in Lancaster Pa. Customer service was very bad. The lady was rude and in a hurry. Asked about getting crickets she said right there on the shelf while looking at them. I told her that most of them were dead she huffed at me and walked away. I did complain to the manager and he seemed to be very apologetic, but I'm sure she will still be there with her rude attitude.nI visited a petco in Reading and it was totally opposite the guy took his time and was very helpful.nI recommend going right down the road to Petsmart. Their prices are better, the store is cleaner and of course their customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I love the grooming services they are so good the young man that takes care of my dog is fantastic (I'm so sorry I cant remember his name I'll fill it in later) the staff helped me with an exchange made it very simple. They all love dogs and made my little guy feel safe and secure THANK YOU! YOU have a customer for life!
