America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Have had my eye exams and purchased many pairs of glasses from here. Probably have been a customer for 8-10 years. My dog poked/scratched my eye with her toenail on a Friday evening. I called America’s best the next morning (Saturday) with crazy pain in my eye and they had me come in right away. They fit me into their schedule as soon as I got there. Examined my eye and found found a deep scratch in cornea. Had me fixed me up in no time.nThe the treatment and service was superb. Thank you everyone at America’s Best

I went on Facebook for a recommendation for eye care without insurance, and a good chunk of my peers recommended them. Scheduled an appointment online quickly and with ease. When I arrived, the process was easy. They got me back before I even finished my paperwork. Everyone was super nice. Exam and two pairs of glasses for $70, can't beat that. I think the COVID protocol in effect is great, and despite the fact that it probably adds a lot of extra work and stress for the employees, they had a lovely demeanor. I was nervous because I haven't had an exam in years, but I did not feel stressed in this place. I think they are doing a wonderful job!

I had made an appointment that took a month to get in the first place. I arrived 10 mins before appointment time. I saw the first person after 30 mins. It was another 45 till I saw the doctor. Then another 40 mins till I was able to check out. Total time 2 hrs after appointment time. Very unacceptable.

Jan was a complete angel! She compared my insurance to their deals and worked out the best deal for me! Couldn't have asked for anything better!
