The cashier was probably the nicest retail professional you could meet. Parking was open. We found what we needed easily. The price was normal. The store was clean, with a bit of a pet snell.

They have a large variety of items for all types of pets, not just dogs, cats and fish. They offer small mammals, reptiles, birds, spiders and more. It's not the cheapest place to buy supplies, but you'll find more unique items, and different options. The store is always clean and the animal habitats are well kept

My son got an aquarium for Christmas and we were so excited to go pick out our fish and gear and food and just have a good afternoon. We couldn't get anyone to help us and then finally when we did he didnt give us any information and laughed at us for not knowing. I told him.the size of the tank and he said well you better up grade your tank handed the bag of fish to us and walked away. I tried asking for what kind of food and they were no help. Half the shelves were bare. There was no fish food out. There may have been in one of the boxes thrown around the floor. We are new fish owners and had assumed we would be able to get some help and information in buying our stuff. I will not be back and hope all locations are not ran like this. It was an awful.experience. we all left frustrated and sad . Very disappointing
