This was an extremely easy and pleasant experience in a time where shopping is usually stressful. I pulled into the parking lot, called the store, spoke with a pleasant woman who told me where to pull up and notified me that they would need to see my driver's license to ensure who I am. I pulled up, a pleasant man immediately appeared and stayed a respectful distance while checking my license, then put my order in the trunk and wished me a nice day. Outstanding service and professionalism.

Every member of your staff is very welcoming and pleasant. They always making sure that I have what I need. And of course I can always bring my puppy to the store. Thank you guys.

The Petco staff person was very helpful, answered all my questions, recommended the product I needed, and made sure I got the best price, and explain the process as she was signing me up for the rewards program.
